Ready-to-Wear Items

Ready-to-Wear pieces are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All original tags must remain attached

  • The item must show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives faulty.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the item has been received and inspected. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing after approval.

Made-to-Order Items

Made-to-Order pieces are created using the size and customisation details provided at checkout. Each garment is individually tailored and produced specifically for you.

Due to their personalised nature, Made-to-Order items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Please allow up to 7 days for production, followed by shipping time.

If your item arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number so we can assess and resolve the issue.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will review the issue and provide next steps.
